PIZZA
our version of classic neapolitan pizza is made with crispy, soft, freshly baked, sourdough bread with imported ingredients from italy. our sourdough is naturally leavened and made with four basic ingredients: flour, water, salt, and yeast. our pizzas are cooked at 835 degrees for 90 seconds, which creates a beautiful leopard-print crust.
