this fruited smoothie sour was brewed in collaboration with our good friends on the other side of lima, other half flx. our base sour was first aged for 12 months in rum barrels. then, it received concord grapes and our crumble treatment (contains granola and coconut) to emulate the flavors of the iconic new york grape pie. with help from cindy’s pie in naples, ny, we were able to replicate a delicious treat in liquid form!

this ​double ipa starts with a blend of citra and simcoe hops in the whirlpool. the base then receives a significant addition of citra, simcoe, and erebus in the dry hop. candied fruit and blueberries are met with an explosion of citrus flavors.

this ​double ipa starts with a base of citra and mosaic hops. we then focused on highlighting freestyle nelson in the dry hop. the soft pillowy body is met with passion fruit, grape fruit, and ripe citrus.

this ​double ipa is a juicer and softer version than its counterpart, odin. we dry-hopped this beer with motueka, southern passion, galaxy, and cryo columbus. each sip brings smooth waves of lime zest, passion fruit, and ripe citrus.
