this triple ipa is brewed with citra, freestyle nelson, and comet. this was not detected on the asteroid terrestrial-impact last alert system station, but the flavors are definitely interstellar! tons of citrus, with hints of passion fruit, blueberry, and a touch of gooseberry, bring this triple ipa home.

this imperial coffee stout is brewed in collaboration with prison city pub and brewery. we have blended our base as above recipe with prison city's wham whams recipe and conditioned the beer on a fan favorite coffee, toasted coconut, and tahitian vanilla. a smooth body is met with a barrage of coffee, coconut, rum, pecans, creamy vanilla, and dark chocolate.

we teamed up with our friends at rekt brewing to create an Imperial stout that’s a bit out of the ordinary: tiger nuts! dionysus could turn into wild animals, and we’ve turned those flavors into a delightful coconut and vanilla pastry. it might not be enough to sail across the sea, but it’s definitely enough to hold this legendary name!

this double ipa is part of our exploration series. too often, we become complacent and forget to push the boundaries and search the unending hop combinations to find a stroke of genius. time to get back to class! this version features an experimental yeast, yakima chief citra, and strata from crosby hops.

when our friends from barreled souls came to visit and taste through some barrels, we knew a barleywine was destined to be involved. the chosen blend brings together bacchus, aged 1,166 days in willett rye barrels, and ophion, aged 1,107 days in willett family estate bourbon barrels. the result is a rich, silky-bodied stout layered with intense notes of dark chocolate–covered cherries, ripe figs, vanilla, and caramelized brown sugar.
