LUPUS SALICTARIUS (NEW)

triple ipa | 10 abv | 12oz

this triple ipa was brewed in collaboration with equilibrium brewery. we worked with our friends from middletown and brewed the same beer at both spots. a silky smooth full body is paired with citra, nelson, and galaxy hops. the trio of hops provides notes of grapefruit, peach, grape, and passionfruit.

this double ipa showcases citra, peacharine, and mosaic hops from all over the world. citrus and tropical fruits round out the nose, while stone fruits shine throughout. a soft, creamy mouthfeel with bright and refreshing fruit layers. avenge your taste buds, have another.

munich dunkel | 5.5 abv | 16oz

a traditional munich dunkel, rich caramel, toffee, and cacao throughout. a smooth, medium body with just enough bitterness to help carry the malts forward and shine for this blind god of the darkness.

this fruited smoothie sour blends alphonso mango, peach, pineapple, banana, and coconut to create a psionic burst of tropical smoothie flavors. the "king of mangoes" brings this sinister monster to life from the depths of the underdark.

this double ipa showcases cascade hops. we blended additional citrus flavors from citra and mosaic in the dry hop to provide a ripe and juicy encounter. this version has been conditioned on mango purée.

this double ipa starts with a blend of citra and simcoe hops. the base then receives a significant addition of nectaron hops in the whirlpool and dry hop. tropical pineapple is met with an explosion of passion fruit flavors.

DIONYSUS

imperial stout | 10 abv | 12oz

we teamed up with our friends at rekt brewing to create an Imperial stout that’s a bit out of the ordinary: tiger nuts! dionysus could turn into wild animals, and we’ve turned those flavors into a delightful coconut and vanilla pastry. it might not be enough to sail across the sea, but it’s definitely enough to hold this legendary name!

we’ve given our first original double ipa in our small weapons series a fresh makeover! we start with a whirlpool of citra and el dorado hops, followed by a powerful dry hop of even more citra and el dorado. to finish it off, we added amarillo and mosaic. not quite the harpe, but it could still take medusa's head.

this double ipa starts with a base of citra and mosaic hops. we then focused on highlighting motueka in the heavy dry hop. the soft, pillowy body is met with lemon-lime character, stone fruit, and ripe tropical fruit flavors.

this imperial stout was aged 17 months in high west mid winter's nights dram barrels. after aging we then conditioned the beer on loads of raspberries and marshmallows. the result is rich, melted chocolate smothered over port-soaked berries.
