this double ipa is part of our exploration series. too often, we become complacent and forget to push the boundaries and explore the never-ending hop combinations to find a stroke of genius. time to get back to class! this version features freestyle nelson and a large dose of yakima hbc 630.

this lager is light and refreshing. using both 6 row base malt and flaked corn, we get vibes of an extra crispy cream ale.

this gluten free fruited sour is focused on the lighter side of fruit & flavor. this version blends strawberry, kiwi, and watermelon to create a lower abv, lighter-bodied, and easier-drinking version of our beloved hydra smoothies.

HEMERA | PINEAPPLE

double ipa | 8 abv | 12oz

this double ipa showcases cascade hops. we blended additional citrus flavors from citra and mosaic in the dry hop to provide a ripe and juicy encounter. this version has been conditioned on pineapple for an even more explosive tropical twist.

HECATE'S CROSSROADS

double ipa | 8 abv | 12oz

this double ipa was brewed in collaboration with brujos brewing. we started off with a pale soft base and hopped it with lupomax citra, nz cascade, and peacharine hops from freestyle hops. when uv light is applied to the label, the grim reaper appears.

MOUTH OF MADNESS (COPPER WAX) (NITRO)

imperial stout | 10 abv | 12oz

this imperial stout was aged for 15 months in a old rip van winkle barrel. after emptying the barrel, we blended the stout with our barrel aged bacchus, which was aged 20 months in a weller special reserve barrel. the blend lends layers of dark chocolate-covered cherries, raisins, oak, and creamy vanilla.

this fruited smoothie sour was brewed in collaboration with yah brew. we blended banana, strawberry, cantaloupe, and marshmallow to form just one of this monster’s many heads. a little taste of 90’s nostalgia while you keep your eyes peeled for even more flavor combinations.
