as we celebrate may the fourth, we brewed this double ipa with a generous amount of citra, new zealand cascade, and mosaic. for a refreshing twist on the original, we treated the beer with mango puree, vanilla, and milk sugar. yes, yes, yes.

a traditional munich dunkel, rich caramel, toffee, and cacao throughout. a smooth, medium body with just enough bitterness to help carry the malts forward and shine for this blind god of the darkness.
