this fruited smoothie sour is our fourth collaboration with kings brewing. it blends blackberry, apricot, sweet cherry, vanilla, cinnamon, and graham cracker together to form just one of this monster’s many heads. keep your eyes peeled for even more flavor combinations.

this double ipa is part of our exploration series. too often, we become complacent and forget to push the boundaries and search the unending hop combinations to find a stroke of genius. time to get back to class! this version features citra and a large addition of mega motueka from freestyle hops.

czech lager | 5 abv | 16 oz

this czech lager is rich with a crisp light body. saaz and styrian golding hops provide a very mild earthy bitterness to match the smooth malty finish. brewed with our friends at redd.

RUA 8 BIT

red ale | 5.6 abv | 16 oz

this red ale is slightly sweet and malty. very drinkable smooth body is met with a subtle hop finish.

MEDUSA | PASSION FRUIT + DRAGON FRUIT (NEW)

fruited smoothie sour | 5 abv | 12 oz

this fruited smoothie sour is a tart beer bursting with fruit. we blended this version with dragon fruit and passion fruit. at 5 abv, it is a refreshing and crushable beer. be careful not to look at it too closely or you might become a permanent fixture in the world of sour beers, as it has been said that looking at medusa will turn you to stone!

GAIA | NELSON

double ipa | 8 abv | 12 oz

this double ipa starts with a base of citra and mosaic hops. we then focused on highlighting freestyle nelson in the dry hop. the soft pillowy body is met with passion fruit, grape fruit, and ripe citrus.

APOPHIS 8 BIT

black ipa | 6.5 abv | 16 oz

this black ipa was brewed to celebrate the total solar eclipse. a dark but lighter body is met with a moderate dry hop of citra, amarillo, and mosaic. a balance of citrus, dank pine, and a light roasty finish.

coffee stout | 10 abv | 12 oz

this coffee stout is brewed with fuego coffee roasters brazilian beans and locally roasted dominican cacao nibs. the thick full body bridges the gap between a smooth coffee roast and deep dark fudge.

OLDMANBEARMA | GALAXY (NEW)

this double ipa starts with a blend of citra and simcoe hops. the base then receives a large addition of galaxy hops in the whirlpool and dry hop. passion fruit meets an explosion of citrus flavor.

ZOMBIE GODS AND GODDESSES | PINEAPPLE

this double ipa is brewed in collaboration with beer zombies. we started with a pale hazy base and hopped it exclusively with citra/cryo citra. then we conditioned the beer on pineapple puree for an incredibly smooth tropical finish.

MAXIMUS 8 BIT

american ipa | 6.5 abv | 16 oz

this american ipa was brewed to be an easy drinker. a semi hazy lighter body is met with a moderate dry hop of citra, amarillo, and mosaic.
