this new england ipa is brewed with citra, cryo citra, and citra hyperboost. it’s like weaving together the stories we share, with hops that blend beautifully, much like threads in a larger tapestry. this series (threads of fate) celebrates the connections and integration of hops, showcasing profiles that blend and harmonize beautifully together.

this double ipa starts with a blend of citra and simcoe hops in the whirlpool. the base then receives a significant addition of citra, simcoe, and exp 2b / wchb in the dry hop. tropical pineapple is met with an explosion of citrus flavors and rounded out with a touch of melon and lime zest.

this fruited smoothie sour is brewed to mimic an iconic ny dessert, cheesecake! with help from cheesy eddies bakery, we were able to recreate flavors of the decadent treat. we then conditioned the beer on cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and flavors of cheesecake.

we began with a light, smooth foundation and then added lupomax citra, nz cascade, and peacharine hops from freestyle hops. priestess to hecate, the source of her magic, but don’t be fooled—you might recognize this!
