this stout used a familiar base with cold steeped dark grains. it was then aged on 1 pound of crushed butterfinger candy bars per gallon of beer and topped with coffee to create a decadent candy bar experience.

DEMIHYDRA | STRAWBERRY + BLUEBERRY + PEANUT BUTTER

this gluten free fruited sour is focused on the lighter side of fruit & flavor. this version blends strawberry, blueberry, and peanut butter to create a lower abv, lighter-bodied, and easier-drinking version of our beloved hydra smoothies.

GAIA | WAI-ITI

double ipa | 8 abv | 12oz

this double ipa starts with a base of citra and mosaic hops. we then focused on highlighting wai-iti in the heavy dry hop. the soft, pillowy body is met with lime, stone fruit, and ripe citrus.

OCTOBIER

festbier | 6 abv | 16oz

this festbier was carefully crafted using a combination of german munich and pilsen malts. the result is a delightful blend of sweet malts that harmonize perfectly with the herbal notes imparted by the saaz and hallertau hops. cheers to a delicious and satisfying brew! prost!

GENESEE | RUBY RED KOLSCH
